Age Limit

As per the IBPS Clerk eligibility 2022, the prescribed age limit is going to be 20 years to 28 years for the unreserved category. However, those who belong to the reserved category will be subjected to get the age relaxation as admissible under the rules of the central government.

Educational Qualification

The candidates going to write the examination should have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. However, there is no mention of the IBPS Clerk graduation percentage. Hence, with this, we can assume that candidate should have passed the course with minimum passing marks. 


Additionally, the candidate should also possess a computer literacy certificate from a recognized institute. Those who have studied computers in high school or senior secondary are exempted from producing any certificate.

Candidates who have any kind of disability are eligible to get age relaxation benefits as per the IBPS Clerk 2022 eligibility. The notification has mentioned that those who possess any kind of orthopedic or visionary disability will be eligible to get a scribe facility for writing the exam. These candidates will also get a compensatory timing of 20 minutes for each hour.

Maximum Number of Attempts

Unlike other exams, the notification has not mentioned any maximum number of attempts as per the eligibility of IBPS Clerk 2022. This means they can write the exam as long as they fulfill the upper age limit as certified by the government.
